He noted that the complex of military preparations of the West, including on the territory of Poland, speaks of the systematic development of the US and the EU, under the pretext of containing the threat from the East, of mechanisms for creating, in the shortest possible time, groupings of troops for their possible use in the corresponding operational areas.

“In fact, this is a preparation for conducting military operations in the eastern direction,” Kosygin said.
