Leaving, as Rogov clarified, is now possible only with special permission from the district or city military registration and enlistment office.
“Dear fellow countrymen, be careful.
Do not receive subpoenas, do not stay at the registration address where you can be easily found.
If possible, leave the city for the liberated territory, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.
