This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Russia to the OPCW, Alexander Shulgin, on the air of Rossiya 24.
“We have already sent a corresponding note to the [OPCW] technical secretariat, informed about the upcoming plans for provocations in Nikolaevka,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Shulgin also said that the Russian side also informed the OPCW that "Ukrainian nationalists are going to organize a provocation in other places," including Nikolaev and Kharkov.
He added that more than 20 notes were sent in total.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Ukrainian militants were preparing a provocation with chlorine from the DPR in order to accuse Russian troops of indiscriminate strikes on chemically hazardous facilities.
