A RATP bus driver was violently attacked this Sunday in Épinay-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis).

The man, in his thirties, was pushed to the ground and punched and kicked by half a dozen individuals, according to footage from the scene.

The facts were filmed from the bus, without any passenger intervening.

The group then fled.

According to the first elements collected, the driver narrowly avoided a child, who had just appeared on the road, reports

An open investigation

Witnesses began by insulting the driver.

At the next stop, the group was waiting for him.

When he got off the bus, the 30-year-old was then beaten up.

The victim suffers from a bleeding head wound and hematoma on one shoulder.

A complaint has been filed, according to the RATP.

An investigation has been opened but no arrests have yet been made.
