The announcement stated that in order to optimize the job-seeking and employment service process for college graduates and facilitate the online signing of contracts between employers and graduates, the Ministry of Education has opened a national platform for the registration and online signing of graduates from colleges and universities (http://wq.ncss.cn, hereinafter referred to as online signing platform).
In order to give better play to the functional advantages of the convenient service of the online signing platform, it is recommended that the majority of employers and college graduates implement online signing.
The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. The online signing process of the employer.
After the employer registers on the online signing platform, it searches the platform for the registered graduates to be signed (the student information is all real-name authentication, and has been verified by the student status of Xuexin.com), and sends the signing invitation online. Complete the contract.

Employers can sign contracts online with graduates of colleges and universities that have enabled the online signing function on the platform, eliminating the need to repeat registration and submitting unit verification information, reducing the cost of communicating with employment departments of different schools.

2. The electronic employment agreement has the same effect.
