During her party leadership speech in Almedalen on Wednesday evening, Annie Lööf addressed the prime ministerial candidates Magdalena Andersson (S) and Ulf Kristersson (M).

She called on Kristersson to let go of the Sweden Democrats and Andersson to let go of left-wing politics in order to get C's support in a prime ministerial vote.

According to Elisabeth Marmorstein, the C-leader's calls to the prime ministerial candidates are nothing new.

- She did as she usually does, called for cooperation and turned directly to Magdalena Andersson and Ulf Kristersson and gave them the advice to let go of their so-called outer edges, to instead cooperate with the Center Party, says Elisabeth Marmorstein.

According to Marmorstein, a collaboration between C, S and M is not realistic.
