The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Li Jiachao, led all the non-official members of the Executive Council to meet the media, and answered questions from reporters together with the convener of the Executive Council, Ip Lau Shuk-yee.
Li Jiachao said that members of the Executive Council played a very important role in the decision-making of the Chief Executive. He thanked the 16 non-official members for accepting the invitation, and also thanked Ip Liu Shuyi for being the convener.
