  The Xing'an League Branch of the People's Procuratorate of Inner Mongolia accused: From 2000 to 2015, the defendant Liu Yuying served as the deputy director of the financial department, the director of the settlement center, the director of the planning and finance department, the chief accountant, the deputy general manager, and the general manager of Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. During his tenure as a teacher, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Huachen Trust Co., Ltd., he took advantage of his position to provide assistance to relevant individuals and units in material procurement and sales, payment settlement, and job promotion. Yuan should be investigated for criminal responsibility for the crime of accepting bribes.

  At the same time, during the period from 2009 to 2015, the defendant Liu Yuying, in order to draw closer relations, seek job adjustment, and thank Su for his help in work adjustment, sent Su several times in cash, totaling 5 million yuan, and should be prosecuted for the crime of offering bribes its criminal responsibility.

  The case will be adjudicated at an appointed date.
