The incident occurred just before 8 o'clock on Tuesday night.
At present, there is no known motive for the kidnapping, nor any information on whether anyone was injured.
According to the witness information received by the police, it must have been perceived that the person was forcibly and violently pulled into the car.
At 22 o'clock, the police were still at the scene.
