In addition to the former head of the institution, his managerial support and an officer on duty must also have acted inappropriately.

This was shown by the internal investigation that SVT Nyheter Örebro previously reported on.

Two of the three people were dismissed pending a decision on measures.

The accusations were, among other things, that the boss and his managerial support, through threats of dismissal or not approving holidays, had spread fear among employees.

The manager must also have violated the authority's policy for procurement and corruption prevention work in connection with the purchase of a robotic lawnmower and airbag bicycle helmet.

Has been relocated

The HR department has now submitted its assessment, which Karlskoga newspaper first reported on.

The Swedish Prison and Probation Service's press secretary Mikael Ringberger confirms the information for SVT Nyheter Örebro.

- What I have been told is that HR has submitted its assessment.

Regarding the former head of the institution, the assessment was that he should be reassigned, and he has done so.

He has been given a new position within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.

No assessment was made regarding the other person because he resigned.

The cut was made in June.

Here you can hear how it sounded when the Swedish Prison and Probation Service's regional director, Fia Lundbäck, then commented on the investigation.
