In Stockholm, Adam / Albin is awarded a star.

Chefs Adam Dahlberg and Albin Wessman have been offering fine dining originating in Nordic cuisine for the past six years and give guests a personal experience where they complete the dishes at the table and tell about how the dish was created.

In Stockholm, restaurant Nour, where chef Sayan Isaksson combines Asian elements with Swedish ingredients in an original way, also gets a star.

This is Isaksson's second Michelin star.

In 2017, he was awarded the award for his now closed restaurant Imouto.

"Culinary avant-garde"

But Rydöbruk in Halland also offers great culinary experiences.

Restaurant Knystaforsen is decorated in an old sawmill and where chef Nicolai Tram transforms local ingredients into cuisine over an open fire.
