During the repair, subordinates repeatedly reported problems at the construction site.

However, an act was signed on the acceptance of work that was not actually completed.

“At the same time, according to the results of the examination, the cost of actually outstanding work under the state contract amounted to more than 3.5 million rubles,” the investigators noted.

As a result, a criminal case was opened.
