The Israeli human rights organization B'Tselem renewed holding Tel Aviv responsible for the martyrdom of journalist Shirin Abu Akleh, after Washington suggested that she was killed "unintentionally" by the occupation army's website.

The organization - which defines itself as the Israeli Information Center for Human Rights in the Occupied Territories - published a series of tweets on its Twitter account, accusing the occupation of pursuing a policy of systematically obliterating the facts with the aim of continuing to kill Palestinians without hindrance, stressing that "the matter does not change when the victim is a citizen." American".

And she continued, "It is clear, according to all the data and investigations published so far, that Israel is responsible for the killing of journalist Shirin Abu Aqleh."

It is not clear on what basis the US State Department wants to end the matter simply by describing her murder as a "tragedy" and not as a crime whose perpetrators must be held accountable.

B'Tselem commented on the US administration's statement on the results of an investigation it conducted into the bullet that killed journalist Abu Aqleh, saying, "It is not clear on what basis the US State Department wants to end the matter simply by describing her killing as a "tragedy" and not as a crime whose perpetrators must be held accountable."

And Washington announced yesterday, Monday, that the American security coordinator concluded - after reviewing two separate investigations conducted by the Israeli army and the Palestinian Authority, in addition to the forensic analysis - that colleague Shireen was likely killed by shooting from the site of the Israeli army, and the American announcement ignited angry Palestinian responses.

In statements to Al-Jazeera, Palestinian Attorney General Akram Al-Khatib said that what was mentioned in the American report was a clear bias towards the Israeli side, stressing that there were incomplete facts presented.

B'Tselem indicated that "the probability of holding accountable and prosecuting those responsible for the death of Shirin Abu Aqleh is zero," adding that "the international immunity enjoyed by Israel will remain unchanged."

The Israeli organization had published a video clip last May that refuted the video published by the Israeli authorities about the assassination of colleague Shirin, which confirms the falseness of the account in which former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett tried to absolve his forces of responsibility for the killing of Abu Akila.
