UK Foreign Secretary Supports Confiscation of Russia's Assets in favor of Ukraine

Canada has just passed a law to that effect.

We are working on this together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, but I definitely support the idea.

It is only necessary to work out all the details of this issue well, ”Truss said. 

To implement the decision on confiscation, according to the minister, it will be necessary to adopt a new law or amend the existing provisions of the law. 

Earlier, the US Treasury Department said that more than $330 billion worth of assets of the Central Bank of Russia and Russians under sanctions were blocked or frozen in 100 days.
