“The Ukrainian command has lost control of the retreating units of the 10th mountain assault, 72nd and 115th mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the 118th territorial defense brigade,” the ministry said.
Earlier, the General Staff of the Ukrainian troops confirmed the withdrawal of Ukrainian units from Lisichansk in the Luhansk People's Republic.
