The first is to solve the actual difficulties of Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises, such as supporting Taiwan-funded agricultural enterprises to carry out the establishment of agricultural industrialization complexes.
The second is to further implement "equal treatment", such as encouraging Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan-funded enterprises to participate in the construction of forest and grass seed and seedling germplasm resource banks, seed collection bases, production bases and other projects in Hainan Province, and cultivate good and strong seedlings to participate in afforestation and greening work.
The third is to share the development opportunities of Hainan Free Trade Port, such as making good use of Hainan's "single window" for international trade, to facilitate Taiwan-funded enterprises to enjoy the "zero tariff" policy of self-use production equipment in Hainan Free Trade Port.

They praised them one after another, saying that the newly introduced "15 Measures for Agriculture and Forestry" gave Taiwanese businessmen a lot of concessions in terms of capital loans, and the establishment of the agricultural industrialization complex was of great help to the integration of agricultural production, supply and sales.

Huangfu Yanli said that the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port is a rare opportunity for Qiong-Taiwan exchanges and cooperation.
Over the past three years, 302 new Taiwan-funded enterprises have been established in Hainan Province, and the actual use of Taiwan-funded enterprises is 308 million US dollars.
The trade in goods between Qiong and Taiwan has maintained a continuous growth momentum. From January to May this year, the total import and export of goods between Qiong and Taiwan was 1.052 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 47.92%.
