According to TASS, the corresponding statement was published in the official Telegram channel of the military-civilian administration of the region.
“I, the head of the Kherson Regional State Administration, Vladimir Saldo, having studied the experience of building power structures in the regions of the Russian Federation, decided to form the government of the Kherson region and select the best personnel not only among the inhabitants of the Kherson region, but also among Russian professionals and managers,” the report says.
Earlier, Saldo announced that shops of Russian and Donetsk entrepreneurs were appearing in the region.
