He added that the Foundation seeks, through its qualitative and specialized programs and initiatives, to increase the number of qualified national nursing cadres, to contribute to providing distinguished health care in coordination with partners from educational bodies, health bodies, media and cultural institutions, as well as the authorities concerned with Emiratisation and development of human cadres, so that the nursing profession is attractive. In terms of professional sophistication and high performance.
He stressed that the comprehensive development plan developed by the Corporation is characterized by flexibility and the ability to absorb developments and developments in the health care sector at the global level, as it includes various hospitals and health care centers affiliated with the Corporation, and is based on strengthening infrastructure and providing facilities with the latest findings of modern medical developments, in addition to Continuing to upgrade the efficiency and capabilities of all cadres working in its facilities in different disciplines and jobs.
