“At night on July 3, a baby was found on a heating main in one of the districts of Chelyabinsk,” the report says.
A criminal case has been initiated into the incident.
According to URA.RU with reference to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Chelyabinsk Region, a man brought the baby to the heating main, his identity is being established.
The baby was taken to the hospital.
