　　According to a report by the Korean Central News Agency on the 3rd, the spokesperson of the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs criticized the United States, Japan and South Korea for reaching consensus on military cooperation with North Korea during the NATO summit on the 2nd.

The spokesperson said that the United States advocates the "North Korea threat theory" to create an excuse to obtain military intervention rights in the Asia-Pacific region and the world.
