In it, President Marcos said, "The vision of the new administration is to aim for a stronger, larger and more effective air force that can protect and maintain a sovereign state."



He then said, "Given the conflict involving the Philippines, we need more modernized air force and surveillance capabilities," keeping in mind the issue of the South China Sea, which is vying for sovereignty with China. I emphasized the idea of ​​going out.



President Marcos said when he first spoke about foreign policy after the May election over the territorial dispute over the South China Sea, he said, "We cannot allow our maritime interests to be trampled."
