The culture of cooking Ukrainian borscht is included in the UNESCO Intangible Heritage List

This is stated in a published statement on the UNESCO website.

Earlier, the Russian permanent representative to the organization, Oleksandr Kuznetsov, said that the Ukrainian delegation to UNESCO defiantly writes the word "Russia" with a lowercase letter and believes that Moscow poses a threat to "Ukrainian borscht".
