A message on the official Telegram channel of the Kursk region says that fire is being fired at previously identified targets.

Residents of Tetkino and nearby settlements were urged not to worry, noting that "the situation is being worked out as usual."

Earlier, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, said that on June 28, a Ukrainian Tu-141 Strizh UAV was shot down near Kursk.

Prior to this, Starovoit announced the extension until July 8 of the "yellow" level of terrorist threat in the region.
