- If you have a relative with security alarms with whom we do not make regular home visits, you are welcome to call and keep a little extra track.

Extra severe in the heat
The situation is extra serious considering the heat and summer staffing.
- We do not have a forecast for the solution yet, but we hope that it is resolved before the weekend.
For us, this is a very difficult situation now that we are sparsely staffed.
In addition, extra unhappy when it is so hot outside, which is stressful for our users, says Peter Näsström.

Some of the users with security alarms we make home visits to several times a day, but others only have security alarms, no home visits.

Elevators and private alarms are affected
Can there be disturbances on more alarms?
- We are in the middle of an exchange of our alarm systems, but north of the river there may be further disruptions if Telia is to work on installing 5G in new areas, but I hope that what we learn from now will be able to prevent it, says Peter Näsström.
Other alarm functions have also been affected.
These include some private alarms and elevator alarms that do not work.
