From 4 July, staff in VGR must wear mouth guards when staying in care rooms.
It is a precautionary measure for staff and patients in order to reduce the risk of spreading covid-19.
The preventive measure applies to, among other things, hospitals, health centers and dental care and means that all staff must wear mouth guards when staying in care rooms.
- When mouth guards are used in healthcare, they can reduce the spread of infection in situations where people cannot keep their distance from each other, says pandemic coordinator Marga Brisman in the press release.
