- The reason lies in the political landscape, that Sweden and Finland have agreed with NATO and Norway should be punished for that, Jens Stoltenberg is Norwegian and the label for NATO, said former Audun Jøsang, professor of information security at the University of Oslo.

The Russian embassy in Norway writes on its Facebook page that it considers it "inappropriate" to comment on the actions of unidentified people and that it has nothing to do with the attacks.
