Putin added that Western states were issuing uncontrolled money and accumulating unsecured debts.

“And the situation has worsened since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic,” the Russian leader said.

Putin noted that Western countries are unwilling to admit their mistakes and further destabilize world agricultural production by imposing restrictions on the supply of Russian and Belarusian fertilizers.

Earlier, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, announced Russia's readiness to export tens of millions of tons of grain if Western countries stop blocking food supplies.
