He said this at the plenary session of the X St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
“We left this very strange institution with relief, which, through thoughtlessness, we entered at the childhood age of the development of modern Russian statehood,” Medvedev said.
Earlier, Medvedev said that the EU authorities are preparing the people of Ukraine to die "for the European perspective."
He also noted that the inhabitants of Europe felt all the "sweet" consequences of anti-Russian sanctions.
