“In Zelenodolsk, Dnepropetrovsk region… The Armed Forces of Ukraine carried out another provocation to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly destroying civilian infrastructure as a result of indiscriminate strikes,” the statement says.
The headquarters added that the Ukrainian side removed all grain stocks from the storage facility in advance, after which the facility was blown up.
It is noted that Ukrainian and Western media disseminated fabricated materials about the explosion.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) was preparing a provocation in the Odessa region for the subsequent accusation of the Russian military in the use of chemical weapons against civilians.
