A draft on the provision of the Russian Armed Forces during operations abroad was submitted to the State Duma

“The draft federal law ... is aimed at ensuring that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and bodies carry out counter-terrorist and other operations outside the territory of the Russian Federation,” RIA Novosti quotes a note.

The need to quickly meet such needs, especially in the context of sanctions, will require "temporarily focusing efforts in certain sectors of the economy," the project says.

In particular, this will require “reloading” the production capacities of organizations of the military-industrial complex, including mobilization ones.

“And to organize resource support for supplies within the framework of the state defense order,” the document says.

To do this, it is proposed to give the government the authority to make decisions on the introduction of special measures in the economy.
