The Gard gendarmes published a call for witnesses on Wednesday to try to find Roxane, a 16-year-old girl.
She did not return to her home in Uzès, as had been agreed with her educator.
The teenager is about 1.60 meters tall.
She is of fine build, has hair up to her ears, red/burgundy and green eyes.
She was dressed, when she disappeared, in a black T-shirt and a sleeveless down jacket.
She wears white sneakers, and dark oval eyeglasses, and a black backpack with thin gold stripes.
She would have a motorcycle helmet with her.
