Laurence Bloch has spent his entire career with French public radio, ie 42 years.

Under her leadership, France Inter, which she took the reins in May 2014, has become the most listened to radio station in France, dethroning its great rival RTL.

These announcements are part of a broader movement of changes within the public radio group.

In January, Ruddy Aboab and Mathieu Marmouget were appointed to head FIP and Mouv' respectively.
