The lawyer explained that the property right of citizens “remains unshakable” and that only officials and legal entities are talking about withdrawal.

“The law refers to the unloading or dumping of production and consumption waste, and not about an apple core or a cigarette butt,” he specified.

Solovyov added that the fines are quite serious.

“In general, the corresponding dangers of this violation and harm,” the lawyer emphasized.

The State Duma adopted a law on fines of up to 200 thousand rubles for garbage thrown out of the car.

The fine for citizens ranges from 10,000 to 15,000 rubles, for officials - from 20,000 to 30,000 rubles, for legal entities - from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.

For a repeated offense, the law offers a double fine with confiscation of the vehicle.

Earlier it became known that in Russia from March 1 comes into force a ban on the disposal of six groups of waste, including computers and household appliances, in trash cans.
