The minister explained, in response to a parliamentary question during the Federal National Council session held today, Wednesday: “We are committed to the law on government human resources, and therefore our situation is different from the private sector, which is linked to contracts that differ in terms of age, as we follow the government human resources system, but with that What has been renewed of technical cadres reached approximately 75%, and in nursing competencies to about 77%.

He said, "We hope that we will maintain our competencies of medical cadres and that they will not leave, but we also want the private sector to be activated, and to attract new young competencies and that the turnover rate will continue," adding that "continuity is required, but of course, these competencies over time." As they age, their capabilities begin to decline, but the process of renewing their contracts is available and dependent on the technical management to see what is best for the system.
