Ushakov commented on Draghi's words about the "exclusion" of Putin's presence at the G20

“He probably forgot that he was no longer the chairman,” Ushakov joked, quoted by RIA Novosti.

The presidential aide recalled that Italy was the previous G20 presiding party.

Earlier, Draghi made a statement that the Indonesian authorities "rule out" the personal presence of Putin.

As reported in Moscow, the Russian President accepted Indonesia's invitation to join the G20 summit.

The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, does not consider it necessary to boycott the G20 summit because of the possible arrival of Vladimir Putin there.
