Mizintsev also added that Ukrainian nationalists have equipped firing positions and sniper points in Bakhmut DPR in the dermatological dispensary and clinic "Medcenter", the approaches to the institutions are mined.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that Ukrainian militants deployed armored vehicles and equipped firing positions on the territory of elevators and granaries in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions of Ukraine, as well as in the settlements of the DPR.
