Polyansky: Kyiv wants to create a background for requests for new arms deliveries by the UN Security Council meeting

“The task of the Kyiv regime is clear: to try to overcome the “fatigue” of the Ukrainian topic in the West and create a favorable background in order to beg for more weapons from the NATO summit participants.

For this, the entire Ukrainian agitprop is mobilized, any fakes and staging are used, ”Polyansky wrote in Telegram. 

He also noted that representatives of the West "pushed" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's participation in the UN Security Council meeting via video link.

Earlier it became known that the UN Security Council on Tuesday, June 28, will hold a meeting on the situation in Ukraine.
