Amendments to the law on natural gas were adopted by the Saeima of the Republic.
According to the document, the country's gas transmission system and the Klaipeda liquefied natural gas terminal will be available only to suppliers from countries that do not pose a "threat to national security" of Lithuania.
In May, the decision of the Ministry of Energy on the country's refusal to import Russian electricity came into force in Lithuania.
