Suspended fine for the woman who harassed her neighbor in Calvados

This is the end of a long neighborhood dispute in Lessard-et-le-Chêne (Calvados).

Originally, this fifties had filed a complaint against her neighbor, accusing him of intrusion and destruction at her home.

The woman then made the decision to conduct her own investigation by taking a picture of her neighbor as soon as he left his home.

The respondent, who did not wish to be defended by a lawyer, had also installed three cameras filming the property next door.

The neighbor had filed a complaint.

The 50-year-old was sentenced to a suspended fine of 1,000 euros, as well as to pay 2,000 euros to a neighbor in compensation for her moral damage, and 800 euros for her legal fees.
