For leaving the country, such citizens are proposed to be punished with a fine in the amount of 200 thousand to 500 thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convicted person for a period of one to two years, or imprisonment for up to three years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions .
At the same time, for illegal movement or transfer of carriers that contain state secrets, punishment is offered up to imprisonment for up to four years.
Earlier, the State Duma of Russia introduced amendments to the law “On military duty and military service”, according to which it is proposed to allow contract service immediately after being drafted into the army.
