“Investigators of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the DPR, together with employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the DPR, continue to work on examining the territory of the city of Mariupol, including the Azovstal plant.

At the moment, the remains of 172 Ukrainian servicemen have been found on the territory of the specified enterprise, ”the agency said in a Telegram message.

The DPR Prosecutor General's Office also published the personal data of 52 military personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, whose remains were exhumed on May 20 in the Petrovsky Park in Mariupol.

On May 20, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the armed forces had completely liberated the territory of the Azovstal metallurgical plant in Mariupol: 2,439 Ukrainian military and Azov militants had laid down their arms and surrendered.
