A 9-year-old girl died on Saturday morning following a heart attack, reports

The drama took place on the A9 motorway, near the town of Salses (Pyrénées-Orientales).
The child was visibly in a vehicle traveling in the Spain-France direction.
The car was parked on the highway hard shoulder.
Declared dead in hospital
The little girl was in cardiorespiratory arrest when the firefighters arrived, who tried to resuscitate her until she was transferred to Perpignan hospital.
But the young victim was pronounced dead when taken into care by the care facility.
