“The personnel of the 64th battalion of the 103rd territorial defense brigade, stationed in Lviv, refused to leave for the combat area in the Donbass due to the staffing of untrained reservists and the lack of heavy weapons,” he said.
The special forces of the Russian Guard, as part of measures to protect public order in the liberated settlements of the Luhansk People's Republic, detained 12 alleged deserters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It was also reported that one of the platoons of Ukrainian troops left their positions in the area of Lysichansk, leaving heavy weapons there.
