So, in the area of the settlement of Aleksandropol of the Donetsk People's Republic, more than 30 Ukrainian servicemen of one of the battalions of the 25th airborne brigade, leaving their personal weapons, arbitrarily left their positions, ”the message says.
The Russian Defense Ministry noted that in order to make up for losses in the Donetsk and Lugansk directions, the Ukrainian command is forced to form separate rifle battalions in each region from untrained citizens called up for mobilization.
Earlier it was reported that on June 21, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched an airstrike on the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as on the shops of the Nikolaev Shipbuilding Plant, up to 500 military personnel from the 59th mechanized brigade were destroyed.
