“Persons with disabilities ... during the specified period can be called up for military service with their consent and perform military service within the region in which they are registered or live,” the TASS document quotes.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is conscripting more and more civilians who do not have military service experience into the army.
Summons are handed out on the streets, conscripts are searched even in places of deprivation of liberty, an active search for evaders is underway.
