As for these sanctions, they will not achieve their goals in the same way as all the previous ones,” the analyst concluded.
Earlier, the UK banned the export of jet fuel and fuel additives to Russia.
Also, under the new sanctions, the use of pounds sterling and banknotes of EU countries in Russia is prohibited.
