An Arab young man resorted to an illegal way to achieve his dream of traveling to and residing in Europe, and resorted to a person who deluded him into the possibility of securing permanent residence for him in Spain, allowing him to move freely in the entire continent of Europe, for 4000 euros, so the young man was excited about the idea and gave him money, and while leaving the country via Dubai Airport heading to Poland and then to Spain, according to the plans of the airline employee.

In detail, the investigations of the Public Prosecution Office in Dubai stated that the accused wanted to enter Spain through Poland through illegal channels. The state and the residence document that was affixed in his passport was referred to the Documents Examination Department of the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, which proved its forgery.

By asking the accused in the investigations of the Public Prosecution, he denied the accusation against him, stating that he had been in his country more than six months ago, and he contacted one of the tourism offices specialized in obtaining visas and residence and informed him of his desire to travel to Italy to settle and work there to improve his living situation.

The accused said that an employee there told him that he could help him by providing him with a valid Spanish residency card that would entitle him to enter any country of the European Union, in exchange for 4,000 euros. Dubai, and he remained in the country for six months, and then decided to go to Italy with the card he had extracted in his country, but he was surprised that it was forged and was arrested while leaving the country.

The accused insisted on denying it before the Criminal Court, which confirmed in the merits of the ruling that for the crime of forgery to take place, the forged document must be usable in order to prove the element of damage, indicating that she was satisfied with the evidence against the accused, so she decided to imprison him for a month and then expel him from the state.
