On Thursday, the weather will often be unstable, with frequent thundery showers from the southwest to the eastern flank of the country.

From the north of Brittany to the Hauts de France, the morning will take place under a still threatening sky and frequent stormy showers.

As the afternoon progresses, the showers will gradually lessen.

Highs will range from 18 to 23 degrees

On the rest of the country, the beginning of the day will be generally calm under a variable sky, sometimes gray.

But fairly quickly in the morning from Lorraine and Alsace to Occitanie and Aquitaine, as well as in the south-east of PACA, showers and thunderstorms will resume.

In the afternoon from the south of Aquitaine to Occitanie, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne Franche-Comté to Lorraine and Alsace, thunderstorms will be frequent and will sometimes become violent, with heavy rainfall, hailstorms, gusts of wind.

Elsewhere, more isolated showers may occur, but the thunderstorm risk will decrease.

Minimum temperatures will range from 13 to 18 degrees in general, 19 to 22 near the big blue, locally 23 or 24 in Corsica.

The maximums will range from 18 to 23 degrees near the Channel, from 23 to 28 degrees elsewhere, locally 30 to 31 in the Alsace plain and east of the Rhône.
