In order to further strengthen the construction of professional ethics of network anchors, standardize professional behavior, strengthen social responsibility, establish a good image, and jointly create a positive, healthy, orderly, harmonious and clear network space, this code of conduct is formulated.

  Article 1 Anchor personnel who provide online performance and audio-visual program services through the Internet, including those who broadcast live on online platforms, conduct real-time interactions with users, and make voice appearances in the form of uploading audio and video programs, shall abide by this code of conduct.

The virtual anchors and content synthesized by artificial intelligence technology shall refer to this code of conduct.

  Article 2 Network anchors shall consciously abide by the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, laws and regulations, safeguard national interests, public interests and the legitimate rights and interests of others, consciously perform social responsibilities, and consciously accept the supervision of industry authorities and social supervision.

  Article 3 Network anchors shall abide by the relevant provisions of the online real-name system for account registration, cooperate with the platform to provide real and valid identity information for real-name registration and standardize the use of account names.

  Article 15 Cultural and tourism administrative departments, radio and television administrative departments at all levels must adhere to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, strengthen the supervision and management of online performances, online audio-visual platforms and brokerage agencies, and online anchors, and effectively suppress Tighten the responsibility of the supervisor and the main body.

  Article 18 All relevant industry associations should strengthen guidance, establish and improve the credit evaluation system for online anchors in accordance with this code of conduct, further improve industry norms and self-discipline conventions, explore the establishment of a binding relationship mechanism between platforms and anchors, actively conduct moral reviews, and strengthen training and guidance Service, maintain a good network ecology, and promote the development of industry norms.
