The specific cases are as follows:
1. The land consolidation project in Jingyou Town, Loufan County, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province, is suspected of deforestation and reclamation and changing the use of forest land.
The 2020 forest inspection found that the land consolidation project in Jingyou Town, Loufan County, Shanxi Province was suspected of illegally occupying 95 hectares of forest land, all of which were located in the experimental area of the Upper Fenhe Nature Reserve.
Loufan County People's Court made a criminal judgment.
At present, 95 hectares of vegetation have been restored.

2. The case of deforestation and reclamation and changing the use of forest land in an area of Huazhu remediation project in five townships (towns) including Pingtian Township, Yuanmou County, Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province.
The forest inspection in 2021 found that an area of Huazhu Land Remediation Project in five townships (towns) including Pingtian Township, Yuanmou County, Yunnan Province was suspected of illegally occupying 21.96 hectares of forest land.
Yuanmou County Forestry and Grass Bureau transferred the case to Yuanmou County Public Security Bureau for criminal filing.
After the Yuanmou County Public Security Bureau reviewed the case, the criminal case was withdrawn, and the file was returned to the Yuanmou County Forestry and Grass Bureau.
In March 2022, the Yuanmou County Forestry and Grass Bureau imposed an administrative penalty and a fine of 36,700 yuan.
At present, 21.96 hectares of vegetation have been restored in situ.

The 2019 forest inspection found that the land consolidation project in Tianmenshan Town, Yongding District, Hunan Province was suspected of illegally occupying 19.05 hectares of forest land.
Yongding District Forestry Bureau transferred the case to Yongding District Forestry Public Security Branch for criminal filing.
In March 2022, the Yongding District Forest Public Security Bureau transferred the case to the Procuratorate for review and prosecution.
At present, 19.05 hectares of vegetation have been restored.

The 2021 forest inspection found that the land consolidation project of the medicinal material base in Zhouxi Township, Chengkou County, Chongqing City was suspected of illegally occupying 15.48 hectares of forest land.
According to the on-site verification by Chengkou County Forestry Bureau, the project actually illegally occupies 17.54 hectares of forest land.
In November 2021, after a collective study and judgment by the judicial department of Chengkou County, it was decided not to file a criminal case.
The Chengkou County Forestry Bureau imposed an administrative penalty and a fine of 328,700 yuan.
At present, 17.54 hectares of vegetation have been restored.
The Chengkou County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision has filed a case in accordance with the law.
5. The case of reclamation of cultivated land (paddy fields) project in Gantan Town, Jiande City, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, on suspicion of deforestation and reclamation and change of forest land use.
The 2021 forest inspection found that the reclamation farmland (paddy field) project in Qiantan Town, Jiande City, Zhejiang Province was suspected of illegally occupying 6.78 hectares of forest land.
In December 2021, the Jiande City Forestry Bureau transferred the case to the Jiande City Public Security Bureau for criminal filing.
At present, 6.78 hectares of vegetation have been restored in situ.
6. The case of unauthorized reclamation and change of forest land use by the Qiantang Villagers Committee of Xiling Township, Pingnan County, Ningde City, Fujian Province.
The 2019 forest inspection found that the land development and utilization project in Pingnan County, Fujian Province was suspected of illegally occupying 4.61 hectares of forest land.
According to the on-site verification by the Pingnan County Forestry Bureau, the actual illegal reclamation of the project covers an area of 6.64 hectares.
On April 12, 2022, the Pingnan County Forestry Bureau made an administrative penalty decision and imposed a fine of 132,800 yuan.
The Qiantang Villagers Committee voluntarily paid a performance bond of 358,600 yuan for the restoration of the forestry ecological environment.
At present, the damaged forest land is being replanted and regreened.
7. The land consolidation project of Yunshan Group Forestry Company in Yongxiu County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province is suspected of deforestation and reclamation and changing the use of forest land.
The 2019 forest inspection found that the land consolidation project of the Yunshan Group Forestry Company in Yongxiu County was suspected of illegally occupying 5.2 hectares of forest land.
In July 2020, the Law Enforcement Brigade of Yongxiu County Forestry Bureau imposed an administrative penalty on the deforestation and a fine of 63,000 yuan.
In January 2021, the Yongxiu County Forestry Bureau transferred the case to the Forestry Branch of the Yongxiu County Public Security Bureau for criminal filing.
At present, 5.2 hectares of vegetation have been restored in situ.
Jiujiang City and Yongxiu County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision held a total of 13 people accountable.
8. The land development and consolidation project of Zhaoxian Town and Changfeng Town, Linyou County, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province is suspected of deforestation and reclamation and changing the use of forest land.
The 2020 forest inspection found that the land development and consolidation projects in Zhaoxian Town and Changfeng Town, Linyou County, Shaanxi Province were suspected of illegally occupying 2.5 hectares of forest land.
In October 2021, the Linyou County Forestry Bureau transferred the case to the Linyou County Public Security Bureau.
In November 2021, the public security organ of Linyou County decided not to file a criminal case.
Linyou County Forestry Bureau imposed an administrative penalty and a fine of 206,300 yuan.
At present, 1.73 hectares of vegetation have been restored.

9. The 13th batch of supplementary arable land projects in Xiayi County, Henan Province in 2018 were suspected of deforestation and reclamation and the change of forest land use.
The 2020 forest inspection found that the 13th batch of supplementary farmland projects in Xiayi County, Henan Province in 2018 were suspected of illegally occupying 2.12 hectares of forest land.
In October 2021, the Natural Resources Bureau of Xiayi County transferred the clues to the Forest Public Security Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Xiayi County.
The Forest Public Security Branch of Xiayi County Public Security Bureau will not file a criminal case.
Xiayi County Forestry Bureau imposed an administrative penalty and a fine of 211,700 yuan.

10. The case of deforestation and reclamation and change of forest land use in the project linked to land increase and decrease in Xiangzhou District, Xiangyang City, Hubei Province.
The 2021 forest inspection found that the project linked to the increase and decrease of land in Xiangzhou District, Hubei Province was suspected of illegally occupying 1.05 hectares of forest land.
In March 2022, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Xiangzhou District issued a rectification notice, ordering the restoration of 1.05 hectares of vegetation in situ.
